The drive from Hamburg Airport (HAM) to Friedland: 300 km
Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel (HAM) is a convenient northern airport for families arriving via Helsinki, Riga or Warsaw. The drive to Friedland follows the A7 almost in a straight line past Hannover and takes just over three hours.
The distance is roughly 300 kilometres and the journey takes about 3 hours 15 minutes. The airport operates terminals 1 and 2 with the shared Airport Plaza. There are flights from Northern and Eastern Europe, and we take that into account when scheduling the pickup.
The A7 near the Elbtunnel can be congested, so for evening arrivals we build extra time into the quote in advance, with no surcharge on the spot.
